Spending your precious relaxation hours taking care of the Upkeep at your vacation rental?
We did it too. We’d come to Sandpoint thinking we’d be on the slopes or sunbathing lakeside, and instead, we were scrubbing out our hot tub or crammed under the sink figuring out why the faucet was wobbly.
Not exactly our idea of vacation time, but is the reality when you have a consistent stream of guests coming through the doors. Things need upkeep, and renters aren’t usually the gentlest of folk.
The truth is maintenance must be done to keep the house a popular choice for renters and keeping the income coming in. But it doesn’t have to be done by you.
This is why we created our signature
vacation rental maintenance program.
Once we think we have seen it all, guests will do something else.
Like the time we noticed spit wads all over the house; it appeared the culprit(s) were sitting in the hot tub aiming at the window just outside the soaking tub inside the house. Or the time a child threw a croquet ball through the front window. Yes, that happened. Guests have broken furniture, pulled curtain rods down, clogged drains, etc.
Damage is sometimes unavoidable.
And wear and tear is going to happen.
But it doesn’t have to fall on your to fix it.
You can spend your time lakeside while we take care of those normal use problems (and the not-so-normal ones as well.)

Vacation Maintenance Program
what it is
Regularly scheduled maintenance and repair service taking care of the normal wear and tear of your vacation rental home.
We come between seasons, so as to not affect guests checking in, and take care of everything from a wobbly faucet to spitballs on the windows. Inside and out.
The plan includes inspection of the home and repair to take care of small problems before they become big problems.
How we do it
The first step is you fill out the form on our X page. You let us know the size and location of your house and any specific needs you have. Then you choose a package that suits your level of maintenance.
Maintenance occurs during the spring and falls down seasons and is scheduled around your guest load. Usually, only 1 day is needed to be blocked out from the calendar for us to take care of it.
You’ll get an email after we visit with a list of what we inspected, repaired and any notes of signs of wear or damage. So that you can nab an issue in the bud before it becomes a bigger one that may affect guest rentals.
